Recipe Supplied by: The Wave Machine
Serves: 4 People

175 g plain flour
75 g butter or block margarine, cut into small cubes
75 g granulated sugar, plus 2 tbsp

  3. Put the apple slices into a deep 20cm ovenproof dish and stir in the remaining 2 tbsp sugar. Add 1 tbsp water.

  4. Cover and cook on HIGH for 3 minutes, stirring once.

  5. Spoon the crumble mix over the top and gently level the surface.

  6. Cook uncovered on MED-HIGH for 7-8 minutes or until the crumble is cooked in the centre.

  7. Leave to stand for 3-5 minutes before serving.
