5 minute Chocolate Pudding

Recipe Supplied by: Microwave Technologies Association
Serves: 6 People

300ml single cream
225g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
30 mls Baileys or other cream liquor

Place the cream and broken chocolate pieces into a medium sized bowl. Cook on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring every minute until the chocolate is melted. Stir well until the cream and chocolate are well blended, then stir in the Baileys.
Divide the mixture between 4 or 6 individual glass serving dishes. Chill for 2 hours until set, then serve each decorated with a sprig of mint.

Note: This rich but delicious desert tastes even better if served with lot's of soft summer fruit - especially English raspberries, strawberries and blue berries.
