Courgette with Tarragon

|Vegetables cooked in the microwave fresh or frozen retain their flavour, colour, and nutrients.|
Do not add salt until the vegetables are cooked as it can dry them out.
15g butter, flaked
small pinch of fresh tarragon leaves
freshly ground pepper
1. Peel courgette and coarsely grate into the serving dish. Stir in the flakes of butter, tarragon, and pepper. Cover with cling film and pierce.
2. Microwave for 1 to 2 minute's, shaking to distribute the butter and tarragon.
