POIRE BELLE HELENE

Serves: 1 People

1 large dessert pear(approx 175g)
50g plain chocolate,
1 tablesp clear honey
1 tablesp double cream
1 desp Medium Sherry.

Carefully peel the pear, leaving the stalk intact.
Place in a 'Zip n Steam' bag, seal and cook for 4 mins on the edge of the carousel.
Allow to stand for 30 seconds.
Carefully open bag and place the pear on a serving dish.
Prepare the sauce, by placing the chocolate in a Pyrex jug, cook on MEDIUM-HIGH for 1-2 mins, stirring until smooth, stir in the honey, cream and Sherry.
Pool a little sauce around the pear and serve the rest separately .
