5 minute Chocolate Pudding

300ml single cream
Place the cream and broken chocolate pieces into a medium sized bowl. Cook on MEDIUM-HIGH power for 3 - 4 minutes, stirring every minute until the chocolate is melted. Stir well until the cream and chocolate are well blended, then stir in the Baileys.
Note: This rich but delicious desert tastes even better if served with lot's of soft summer fruit - especially English raspberries, strawberries and blue berries.
